The large open kitchen includes a five-burner stove, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, built in microwave drawer, and an extra-large Fisher & Paykel refrigerator freezer. The large island offers maximum counter space and seating for four. There is storage galore, two prep sinks and a second dishwasher drawer, a breakfast table that seats six and access to the outdoor deck. The second seating area on the Great Room level is a cozy space with a large L shaped couch for watching the big screen TV. The area has floor to ceiling windows and access to the outdoor deck. A great game table that seats eight rounds out the amenities of the Great Room space.

Also on this level is the large, light primary bedroom with ensuite bath at one end, two guest rooms that share a hallway bath with two sinks and a large shower, and a powder room.

The lower walk-out level has two more guest rooms which share access to the hallway bath as well the den area which has a TV. In addition, there is an office with access to another bath with shower, a gym with a TV, and huge laundry room. There is a mudroom off the two-car garage and access to the front yard.
