Aspen's convenient Dial-a-Ride service will pick you up and drop you off right at your front door. If you prefer to take a stroll, the home’s private backyard path leads directly to the East of Aspen Trail on Cooper Avenue and straight into downtown Aspen in just 10 minutes.

The Deck House is designed with families and groups in mind, comfortably accommodating up to 12 overnight guests with a King primary suite, four spacious guest bedrooms — one King and three Queens —and an office with a Twin daybed, all outfitted with luxury linens and premium pillows. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and three coffee making options: Breville Espresso, Nespresso Vertuo DeLonghi, and Keurig. The dining table seats 10, while the kitchen island comfortably seats six. Enjoy two wood-burning fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the upper-level family room. Stay connected with WiFi throughout the home and deck, and enjoy your favorite playlists via the Sonos sound system. The home is temperature regulated with Mitsubishi Mini Splits in all upper-level bedrooms and the main living area and all bathrooms have heated floors and towel warmers. For added convenience, the home offers an oversized detached garage with ski/snowboard racks, charging stations at every nightstand, baby equipment available upon request, humidifiers throughout the home, outdoor games, and light exercise equipment.
