Heat lamps surround two outdoor tables; one that seats six and one that seats ten, providing copious amenities for your large entertaining needs. Truly a special estate in the heart of Aspen.

Opening the beautiful front door, an elegant foyer makes you feel welcome and introduces you to the living room with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the relaxing views of the lawn and gorgeous pond that you can swim in, a double sided wood burning fireplace and two seating areas. A double sided fireplace divides the two spaces. The second seating area has a sectional around a 72" TV and a full wet bar is conveniently situated for drinks and snacks. There is a small table for cards or putting your puzzle together by the fire. Plenty of lovely cozy areas for everyone to find a comfortable nook.

Beautifully designed and spacious, this home provides 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths and two half baths, with four of the bedrooms providing oxygen systems that allow you to adjust to Aspen's high altitude easily, inspiring you to hit Aspen Mountain for a ski run that's conveniently located just a few minutes away.

You and yours will have ample amenities at the home, from the inside to the outside. Enjoy your privacy at the luxurious West End Serenity.

Renters provided with a heated two-car garage, a temperature-controlled wine cellar with a tasting room and tasting bar, and sufficient storage space.

Primary Suite: King Bed. Located on the main level, this room offers an oxygen system that allows you to simulate the elevation of your home location. This main floor primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a grand desk, big screen tv, and seating area for two with large bay windows with views of the backyard and mountains beyond. There are, of course, his and her bathrooms. “Hers” features a steam shower, jetted tub, while “his” has a grand marble shower. Both are very spacious and relaxing and both have large closets with “hers” having a safe and a giant three way mirror.

First Guest Room: 3 Twin Beds. Located upstairs from, to the left the first guest also makes a great children's play room with 3 individual twin beds that double as couches during the day. It includes a TV with Xbox, built in closets with drawers and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, sky lights and a shower with double showers heads and a hand held wand.

Second Guest Room: One Twin Bed. Located upstairs from the Master to the right, this cozy room also includes built in closets. It has an ensuite with shower only.

Third Guest Room: Split King Bed. Located on the upper level to the right of the front entry. This spacious room features a split king, has a TV, desk area and a balcony which overlooks the backyard. The ensuite has a tub/shower combination.

Fourth Guest Room: Upper level off the front entry, Queen and couch pull out
This lovely room has a Queen bed with a sitting area that features a pull out couch for extra sleeping. It also has a desk, TV and closet with built-ins. The ensuite has a jetted tub shower combination.

Fifth Guest Room: Two Twins. Located on the lower level, with a TV and desk area round out this bedroom and the ensuite has a jetted tub and shower combination.
