Fall foliage is right around the corner, and we cannot contain our excitement! When the aspen leaves start to turn a beautiful golden color, Aspen/Snowmass has some of the most breathtaking views and it’s one of the best times to visit, which typically occurs during the third or fourth weekend in September!
Drive or bike through the golden leaves up to the Maroon Bells, the Castle Creek Valley, or up Independence Pass. Trust us, you will not be disappointed. Even though it is shoulder season, autumn in Aspen/Snowmass is becoming more popular every year because of the outdoor activities, discounted rates, restaurant deals, and the mid-September to late-September events that take place.
