The elegant built in banquette seats seven.
The hearth room is right next to the game room. It has a very cozy area for the family to gather adjacent to the kitchen with gas log fireplace, built-in bookshelves and game storage, and unique rosewood detailing in ceiling alcove. Built-in automated shades. Four glass doors fold open for indoor/outdoor flow. There is a home theatre in the estate that has comfortable reclining lounge chairs for nine people in a wood paneled room. Automated curtain hides full sized movie screen, around sound audio with Wilson Watt Puppy speakers.

As you enter the dining room, there is an octagon shaped Dining Room with two corner built-in storage areas to hide all silver, crystal, china, linens for easy access and a round table that seats 14 people.
Game room with the large bar has exquisite wood working, drink railing, 3 built-in TVs, antique pool table and custom built-in cabinetry for pool cue storage.
