This spacious 6-bedroom luxury home of stone and wood has lush gardens and a waterfall with 180-degree views, which gives you a feeling of a private setting though one can easily walk to the free shuttle buses to access any of the mountains.

The main living area features an open floor plan that was designed for entertaining with floor to ceiling windows that face an unforgettable view of the gardens as well as Buttermilk ski area! The high A-frame ceilings with antique beams and oak planked flooring give a cozy feeling to a spacious living area that is enhanced by a large stone gas fireplace. The formal dining area, which seats 14, opens to a patio with a gas barbeque grill and round table with 6 chairs and an umbrella for outside dining with a view. The media room has a flat screen TV with comfortable seating, and a walk-in bar with copper sink, ice maker, cooler and three stools. Off the media room is a patio with a porch swing, chairs and tables to take in the views.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Professional Thermador gas stove that has two ovens, six burners and a gas grill built in. There is a Kitchen Aid double door refrigerator, trash compactor, and dishwasher built in with granite counter tops and a TV. This level also has a powder room with copper sink and marble counter and a guest bedroom
One flight down are two master bedrooms and a laundry room.
The lowest level has three bedrooms.

Master Bedroom: King bed, antique desk, flat screen TV with DVD player and walk in closet. Walk outside to yard. Ensuite bath has two sinks, soaking tub, shower, marble counter tops and a TV.
