Introducing our elegant, European inspired, 9000+ square foot Villa in one of the most private areas of Aspen near the Aspen Institute and just minutes from the Core of Aspen. Situated on over half an acre in a wooded setting, your privacy is ensured. A gracious circular drive leads to the beautiful wood double doors which open to the entry. The exterior stone flows into the interior through the stone staircase that curves gracefully up the stairs to the main level which encompasses the office, primary bedroom and ensuite, and the main living area. Soaring ceilings of honey colored wood contrast beautifully with white walls and the elegant black columns that support the vaulted, beamed ceiling add a beautiful accent to the honeyed tones. Huge windows accented in the same honeyed wood give the feeling of being outdoors. The furnishings echo the sophistication of the architecture with warm wood tones, neutrals, and texture. The stone woodburning fireplace carries on the theme.

Around the corner is the “wet” bar with glass cabinets, an icemaker, mini fridge and seating for four which leads directly into the dining room which has a honeyed wooden table that matches the beams and seating for 12.

The kitchen is the sought after “white kitchen” with accents of black. It has a gas cooktop with 6 burners and a griddle, double refrigerators, double sinks and banquet seating for breakfast dining.

Turning left from the front stairs is the office which features stone floors, soaring windows, built-in cabinets and bookshelves, a beautiful black desk and large screen TV. Next door is the primary suite with a king bed, multiple windows which allow the light to shimmer over the neutral shades and knubby texture of the furnishings, built-ins and two closets. More closets can be found in the ensuite which has an enormous, jetted tub, a steam shower and double vanities.

One level down is a great surprise, a large indoor pool and hot tub with a cascading water feature at one end and an atrium ceiling that opens. A large media/game room looks out over the pool through a wall of glass doors. A large screen TV on the far wall and an elegant copper bar at the other end of the room make this a perfect entertainment space.

Four of the guest rooms are on the lower level, all are private, all have ensuites, and all have steam showers. There is an additional room on this level.
