Meat & Cheese, located just below the Aspen Signature Properties office, is a combination restaurant and marketplace. As you might guess, Meat & Cheese serves a variety of local meats and cheese, including chicken, steak, sausages. The specialty cheese boards are sourced from Avalanche Cheese Company, to which Meat & Cheese is related. The salads are fresh and healthy. The marketplace, located inside the restaurant, is a farmhouse-inspired shop where you can purchase meats and cheeses, as well as specialty sauces, soups, condiments, sweets and custom party trays / gift baskets.
Meat & Cheese does not take reservations, but you can place orders with the farm shop.
