Fireworks Over Aspen Mountain (by the City of Aspen)

Enjoy the annual tradition of free fireworks over Aspen Mountain at 8 p.m. and midnight on Dec. 31, 2017.
Bonfire and DJ at Wagner Park (by the City of Aspen)
Price: FREE!
Between the two town fireworks shows, enjoy a family-friendly event at Wagner Park in downtown Aspen. Every year, the City of Aspen hosts a DJ and bonfire, so you can celebrate the New Year with fun dancing and music.
Belly Up Aspen — Jane’s Addiction

Listen to one of the first alternative rocks bands at the Belly Up, a one-of-a-kind venue with two full bars. Doors open at 9 p.m., and the show starts at 9:30 p.m.
Hotel Jerome — New Years Eve Dinner

The Prospect Restaurant is an American bistro in the Hotel Jerome. The Prospect offers special holiday dining, and the New Years Eve Dinner will feature a locally inspired menu.
Wheeler Opera House — Infamous Stringdusters

The historic Wheeler Opera House in downtown Aspen hosts an annual New Years Eve event, and this year’s is sure to delight. Doors open at 7:45 p.m. with an open bar (beer and wine) and appetizers. The Infamous Stringdusters concert will start at 9:30 p.m., and the entire celebration will culminate in a midnight champagne toast.
The Little Nell — The Dom Perignon Party

Ring in 2018 at the Little Nell with performances by DJ Amy Robbins, DJ Cyn and a fireworks display on Aspen Mountain.
St. Regis Hotel — New Year’s Eve in Mountain Social
Price: Free entry. Hotel guests receive priority; open to the community with no cover.
From 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. on Dec. 31, celebrate the New Year with a DJ, cocktail service, and a midnight champagne toast — all at Mountain Social, the St. Regis Cocktail Lounge. The venue offers a great view of the Aspen Mountain fireworks display.
